How much space do you need?
We have storage rooms ranging from 3 m2 to 9 m2. Some have a loft to take advantage of their 4-meter height.
As a guide, 3 m2 storage rooms are perfect for comfortably storing a large number of boxes (seasonal clothing, Christmas decorations, beach utensils, etc.), bicycles, small furniture or electrical appliances.
The 9 m2 ones are ideal for storing the contents of a home while you move or renovate your home. You can store furniture, appliances or any large items.

Where are the storage rooms located?
We are located in the center of Malaga, opposite Mercado El Carmen, between the María Zambrano Train Station and El Corte Inglés.
What can I save?
You can store everything you need: clothes, bicycles, furniture,… even your company files, stock, tools,… any product that is not perishable, flammable or illegal.

What hours can I access it?
They are accessible 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
You can come and go whenever you want without asking permission.
What security do they have?
The facilities are permanently monitored by security cameras and have a fire protection system.
The exterior doors are armoured and only you have access to your individual storage room.
What documentation do I need to sign up?
Individuals must provide their ID and an account number for direct debit payments.
Self-employed persons or companies must provide the NIF/CIF, DNI of the authorized person with sufficient powers to sign and an account number to direct debit payments.
What do I have to pay to rent a storage room?
When signing the contract, you must pay the current month and one month's rent (excluding VAT) as a deposit, which will be returned when the contract ends and the condition of the storage room is checked.
Subsequent payments will be debited from your account between the 1st and 3rd of each month.
